Postmodern Pain.

This piece depicts the complex nature of pain through all its vibrant colours. If you look close enough, the colours create a sense of harmony but appear distorted at first glance. When you take a step back and look again from a distance; you may see a beast, which is a metaphor for source of the pain.

At times, the source is us and it is good to look at ourselves from a distance to confront the monster within.
