Turbulence

This painting reflects the weight of feeling overwhelmed. Alone in the middle of the sea, a lonely figure stands before a wave so immense it seems impossible to overcome. The sea becomes a metaphor for those moments in life when everything arrives all at once, with emotional chaos rising higher than we believe we can endure, leaving us feeling impossibly small.

But at its heart, this work is not about defeating the giant wave. It is about remaining present when every instinct tells us to run. Sometimes, the greatest act is simply standing still long enough to see that even the fiercest waves eventually pass. It is only a matter of time, because time always carries every storm back to the sea, regardless of the consequences.
